Q: Can I book more than one session?

A: Absolutely! You can book as many sessions as you’d like as long as we have available space.

Q: Can I share my time / station with others?

A: NO. Each VR session is per person

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Absolutely, please note that walk-in bookings are subject to room availability. Therefore, we cannot guarantee you will be able to play a room during a walk-in.

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: A refund can only be issued if you made your booking online with us and is canceled at least 24 hours before the time of your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booked start time can be rescheduled or be provided full credit; no refunds. Bookings made over the phone will be charged for the number of participants initially booked and standard refund policies still applied. Please note, refunds are processed at the end of the month and it will take 3 – 5 business days for it to appear on your statements.

SAFETY & REQUIREMENTS

Q: Will wearing prescription glasses be a problem?

A: The VR Headset has enough space to accommodate most glasses. We do recommend contacts if possible.

Q: Are there any clothing restrictions?

A: Socks ARE required to play. We recommend casual wear. Some games require more movement than others and will make you sweat. No hats should be worn while using the VR headset.

Q: Are there any height or age restrictions?

A: Participants who are under the age of 14 must have an adult or guardian present. Some children may not be able to properly wear the VR headset, we suggest 7 as the youngest but everyone is different. Height is mostly a non-issue, unless you're around nine feet tall, then you may hit our sensors.

Q: How early should I arrive to my booking?

A: If it's your first time doing VR, we recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes early so that you can work with one of our trained staff and learn all the ins and outs of VR and get straight into your session promptly. If you've done VR before, please arrive 10 minutes early.

GAMES & GAMEPLAY

Q: How big is the playspace?

A: 6 foot x 6 foot or a 600sq ft Free-roam area

Q: How do I avoid running into walls?

A: You will be playing on a 6x6 foot tactile play mat. If you step off of it you will know. Also, there is a blue circle in VR that shows your boundaries.

Q: I am new to VR, how do I know what I should play first?

A: We offer a variety of games and experiences and the staff is well versed on them all. They will be able to talk with you and find out what you're comfortable with.

Q: Can I play my own games?

A: NO. We use a proprietary VR software to launch our games. Our library of experiences has been specifically chosen for you to play from.

Q: Do you offer a free demo?

A: NO. We offer 10, 20, 30 and 60 minute sessions to accommodate almost everyone's playtime needs.
